Before You Write
Order support. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. It gets us to an answer much faster.
Damaged or incorrect orders. Write within 48 hours of delivery and attach photographs of the piece and the outer packaging. Details are on the Returns page.
Delivery times. Production takes three business days and international delivery a further seven to fourteen. Tracking and full details are on the Shipping page.
Wholesale. We work with a small number of independent retailers. Send your shop name, location and website and we will reply with trade terms.
